Petrol is one of the valuable and widely used resource in many parts of the world, and Port Harcourt is definitely not an exemption. Over the years, the prices of petrol have been fluctuating from the high side to the normal side and this fluctuations has caused some increase in some services that are offered by people in the city. Currently, the petrol fluctuations are really on the high side as one liter of petrol now costs NGN300 in many petrol stations.   The University of Lagos made a post of the grandaunts of the Rice 360 program that is carried out within their borders from time to time. The school has a studio called the UNILAG Design Studio and it is a product of the collaboration between the University of Lagos and Rice360 Institute for Global Health Technologies in the USA.
