These Are the Requirements for Applying for the Exoon Mobil Scholarship Scheme.
If you’re looking forward to applying for the Exxon Mobil Scholarship in this year two thousand and twenty three, then you should take note of these requirements and fulfill them before the application portal is opened.

The first requirement for applying for this scholarship is that you must be a holder of the Senior School Certificate Examinations (SSCE), or its equivalent (NECO and GCE are equivalents that you can choose from), with at least six subjects passed at a sitting with a minimum of five distinctions. This means holding the SSCE certificate isn’t just enough. You must pass six subjects in one sitting, and out of those six subjects, five of them should be on the A grade.

As a second requirement, you must be registered as a full-time undergraduate in your first or second year of study in any Nigerian university. This means that part time students, post graduate students, masters degree students, and also Doctorate degree students are not allowed to apply for this category of scholarship. Also, if the student is not in his or her first or second level, then he or she cannot also apply.

As a third requirement, students who are currently on similar scholarship awards from other oil and gas companies should not apply, and dependents of employees of Mobil Producing Nigeria, Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc and Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited are not also eligible for this scholarship. So, if you are in any of this category, you cannot apply.

As a fourth requirement, you must provide an evidence of your current year of study. I think your course registration form or result for that semester would do just fine.
As a fifth point, you must provide an evidence of admission into a Nigerian university, and this is where your JAMB admission letter would kick in.

As a sixth point, you must provide your current university identity card. This would be issued to you by your school, and then you can scan it and send it to their portal.
As a seventh point, you should provide your current passport photographs. Ideally, the photographs should be at most three months old and it should be done in either a white or red background. It should also fully capture your face for identification and verification.

As an eight point, you should provide an evidence of your state of origin obtained from the appropriate Local Government Area and duly signed by the Chairman or secretary. Just go over to the council your Local Government Area, and they’ll do this for you, but it would cost you some money though.

So, these are the requirements for applying in the Exxon Mobil scholarship scheme.
