These Are 2 Important Reasons Why You Shouldn't Attend Too Many Occasions on Campus.
Occasions are good. You' d practically find no one who would not love one kind of gathering or the other. Even with this love and desire for these occasions, I truly stand to tell you that there are some of them that you should just let go. In other words, I' m saying that it' s not all occasions that you should attend.

You may be asking of the reason why, and so I' m going to tell it to you. Without further ado, they are as follows:
Distraction While Reading:
I recently wrote an article where I explained how a wandering mind can distract you while reading. The thing about this issue is that most of the memories and thoughts that make the mind wander are those of the occasions that we have attended in the past.

The ones that would always want to come out are those ones that we may have placed strong attachment too, and they may be good or bad. When this happens, opening a book may be like a waste of time because the person' s mind would wander to the several and many occasions that he or she had attended in the past. This way, he or she has gotten distracted from the primary aim of opening that book in the first place.

A second way of this occasion of a thing distracting you is by making you see life as a fully rosy or fully sad adventure. The mood depends on the type of occasions you like to attend.

Giving this much emotional attachment to everything around you may make you see things from a very wrong angle, and this could cause academic failure. For example the all rosy thinkers would think that education is not truly needed, and this would probably be because of all the nice occasions they have gone to in which people sprayed money and do all sorts of stuff.

Furthermore, they can also distract you by taking away that precious time that you would have used to study. This way, a person may not be able to cover his or her semesters work, and this may affect him or her.
Bad Associations:
Sometimes, you could get associated to the wrong people in some kinds of occasions. Therefore, it is important that you just let some of them go. Specifically, you should do this when your mind doesn' t agree totally with it.

After all, your prime aim of coming to school is to study. So, to avoid stories that touch, and also bad companies that would produce nothing but problem and chaos in the future, please, avoid certain occasions no matter how enticing they may be.

If you think that it' s a necessity to go out or attend an occasion, then I recommend that you choose a good and Godly campus fellowship, because these won' t take much of your time, they' ll teach you good morals, and you' d get to meet God fearing people there.
