"If He Had Been Offered The Running Mate Slot, He Would Have Been Quiet Today!" - Reno Omokri Says

 An ex aide of former president Goodluck Jonathan and also a social speaker, Reno Omokri, has made a statement about a person, saying that if he had been offered the running mate slot, he would have been quiet today.

Now, he never made mention of the name of the person but he gave a photo of Gov. Wike embracing another person, which makes me feel that he could be talking about Gov. Wike.

Reno’s statement was contained in his post that he took to the public social space on the second of January, two thousand and twenty two. Reno said the tag along Governors should understand that their interest s are not tied to that their ring leader. He further narrated that in fact, he (the person he was referring to) has no interest . He said his (the person he was referring to) ego was bruised by his loss.

He also further claimed in his post that this was why he was fighting. “Not for North or South. If he had been offered the running mate slot, he would have been quiet today!” – Reno said.

“He cannot deny that he wanted the running mate slot after his foreseen defeat at the primaries. He lobbied for it” – Reno further added. He also urged Nigerians to go back and find out the date when he began his tantrums. He noted that it began on June eighteen, two thousand and twenty two. He also confirmed that this was exactly two days after Governor Ifeanyi Okowa emerged as the running mate. Then he asked of the reason why he (the person he was referring to) was quiet up till that time.

“This is just a case of sour grapes. A scorned woman seeking to destroy a happy home in the Peoples Democratic Party. A man driven to the point of uncontrollable rage because somebody else is in a spot that he thought he would be in. Yet, he says it is God that gives power. If he really believes that, then why would he be fighting his party? He should let God decide who He wants to give power to!” – Reno Omokri concluded.
