I Will Carry Women Along, Bring Them To The Leadership Table…- Peter Obi Says As He Shares Photos

Presidential aspirant, Peter Obi has said he would carry women along, bring them to the leadership table where decisions are being made, and also allow them to utilize their potential for the betterment of Nigeria. Peter Obi made this statement in a post that he took to the social space through his social media page on the third of January, two thousand and twenty three.

“My dear wife and I attended the town hall meeting themed, “Women for a new Nigeria” in FCT, Abuja. I will carry women along, bring them to the leadership table where decisions are being made, and also allow them to utilize their potential for the betterment of Nigeria” – Obi wrote.

  The photos that were shared by the candidate were very informative. The first one showed him with a microphone which suggests that he could have made a speech at the event even though a video was not posted.

Another photo showed him embracing a lady in the midst of a lot of people. Peter Obi and the woman had a warm smile in the photo.

There was another photo where a woman was speaking at the event. This woman showed much boldness and the two women who sat beside her showed rapt attention to what she was saying.

Peter Obi was once more spotted in another photo where he sat down as he looked at a Peter shown to him by a lady on Ankara clothes who bent down. Peter Obi showed a lot of attention to what was shown to him, and the woman also did same.

It is also worthy to note that this post of his got a lot of attention from the public. Many people came to express their thoughts on what he posted. As at the time of writing this article, the post had only gone five hours into the public social media space but it had gathered eleven thousand reactions and one thousand comments.

There was one commenter who said it was so good to see him. This commenter also said he is a great leader. There was another commenter who said welcome our incoming president and his amiable wife. This commenter also called them very intelligent personalities. The commenter also said a new Nigeria is possible….
